The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. Constant notes on car for parking when there is no evident issue with parking. I'm afraid they will bust my window next. I have contacted the apartment manager and they say there is nothing they can do. I believe an investigation should be started to find out who is writing the notes. I have a valid permit for parking in the complex. But my designated spot was taken. So I parked in another available spot.

It's actually 411 E. University St. Today I found "ADHD" spray painted on the apron of my driveway. Several months ago (which I also reported online but heard nothing about) someone spray painted something in blue on my limestone retaining wall facing the sidewalk.

Several cars without parking permits are consistently parking in Neighborhood Zone 2 permit-only spaces. I paid for a Zone 2 parking permit and I cannot find a parking spot on Swain Ave. (where I live) because they are almost all filled with non-permitted vehicles. I'd like to request stricter enforcement of parking laws in Zone 2.

The alley between 423 and 425 S grant st needs some attention. There are pot holes and many bad areas. We have repaved our lots already.

407 S Grant St.: there is a serious and dangerous condition along Grant St. between Smith and 2nd streets. You crews have left 3ft trenches along a poured sidewalk. I've personally seen 3 cars fall into these trenches and receive damage. Your signage is insufficient. Please remedy this situation now or residents being hampered by this nuisance will be forced to take legal action against the city. This report will serve as notice that you are aware of the hazard you have created by failing to fix the road in a timely manner.
