House has couches and furniture in the yard, trash all over the yard that travels across and in to the street near the poplars garage. This trash and debris has been outside and growing since last week.

Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. A large front window on this home has been busted. This makes Grant Street Inn guests and people in the neighborhood feel unsafe.
Exposed garbage, rats and other animals opening bags of garbage at 710 E. Cottage Grove, which is next to a state-licensed day care facility. Also, speeding traffice on E. Cottage Grove, no sidewalk crossing or slow speed or children playing signs at this intersection.
