I live at 608 South Washington. The property just to the south of me has had a large pile of trash sitting out front for several weeks now. It was tagged for non-collection. The parties responsible simply didn't do anything with it afterward. Thank you.
Put hole on the east bound side of road
703 E 11th St home has big hole in side window. It looks as if someone threw an object through the window. I saw it on my way to work at 11am, and it was unchanged at 6pm when I returned. No cars in the driveway so I just wanted to be sure whoever owns the house is notified.

I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. On southbound High Street at Hillside, left turn traffice signal activated during every cycle, whether there is a car in left-turn lane or not. Sensors need to be checked, please, since traffic backs up needlessly.

There is a crab apple tree that appears to be dying on the tree plot (between sidewalk and street) on West 13th Street in the 700-block (around 715). Is this on city property or is this the home owner's responsibility?
Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup. MMcG
For north/south traffic, neither left-turn arrow works. For traffic moving west, the left turn arrow always comes on whether or not there is traffic in that lane or not. I have not noticed a problem with eastbound left turn lane but that's not to say it doesn't have a problem as well. :)
The entrance of the alley off of Howe heading South has a few potholes and loose gravel. It is the alley between 521 and 601 W Howe.
