There is a crab apple tree that appears to be dying on the tree plot (between sidewalk and street) on West 13th Street in the 700-block (around 715). Is this on city property or is this the home owner's responsibility?

Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup.

For north/south traffic, neither left-turn arrow works. For traffic moving west, the left turn arrow always comes on whether or not there is traffic in that lane or not. I have not noticed a problem with eastbound left turn lane but that's not to say it doesn't have a problem as well. :)

Trash
466-498 East Driscoll Street
- Case Date:
- 5/31/2017
I received an email from a neighbor: I was just taking an evening stroll with my dog when I noticed pieces of blue plastic strewn across the road at Driscoll & Grant (northwest corner). The pieces are what appear to be shaving razors, possibly run over with a lawn mower. There are pieces on the road so, if you walk/skate/bike on that street, keep your eyes open for sharp pieces!
