This is in regards to the 11/21/16 report I made. REQUEST # 11687264 Outdoor light located at 800 W Kirkwood Ave. has still not been repaired. It is in the same condition it was this fall. The light comes on for maybe 2 minutes at a time, then goes out for 10 minutes and starts the cycle again...first it flickers in an amber color and it at its full brightness for again, about 2 minutes. This is a main road in town and serves many people on foot. It is as unsafe as it is annoying. Please fix asap. Thank you!

1) Traffic sign on Northbound Fess Ave. at 1st st. intersection (spray paint) 2) Traffic sign on Southbound Fess Ave. at 1st st. intersection (spray paint) 3) Sidewalk on West side of Fess Ave. between University and 1st st (spray paint) 4) Sign on North side of 1st st. between Fess and Henderson (spray paint) 5) Hholiday lights at my house, 823 S. I am in the process of planning our office closure in Bloomington and have a question related to the alley that is located to the west of our current building. What would I need to request for the alley to be partially closed for a day or two for a moving truck to be parked there while we move out furniture?
