When is this city going to clean up all the passed out junkies littering our streets? I can't even shop in my own fucking city anymore. Last night I went downtown to eat dinner and I'm the span of 4 blocks I was harassed for change multiple times, someone threatened to steal my sunglasses, and a man was shitting in a trash can wiping his ass with his bare hands right outside town hall. Seriously when are you going to wake up and do your job. I've lived in major metro areas and have never seen anything close to this. People openly smoking crack, nodding off on heroin this is a fucking mess and someone is going to end up getting hurt or worse.

City street tree blocking on street parking ar 105 North Roosevelt Street. Tree is on south property line of 107 North Roosevelt street. Tenants of 105 have on street parking only and it is not possible in front of the I crouching tree. Please let me know what you will do to take care of the issue. Thank you.
Address is 1437 W Countryside Lane in Sunflower Gardens association. We've formed Neighborhood Watch and want to put up signage, but need to know where they can be placed and to alert city so their placement is approved and they won't be taken down. To whom should I speak?
Hello, There is an older black Honda Civic with a missing front bumper that appears to have been abandoned in this location, just to the north of the Reformed Presbyterian Church's parking lot entrance on Lincoln Street. It has been there since approximately September and looks like it has been stripped of anything valuable and left to decay, which is bad for the neighborhood. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
A huge tree branch fell from a city tree in front of 1025 E 1st st. The tree really needs to be removed.
The North Washington Street bicycle lane from 12th to 10th street is significantly narrower than the 5 foot standard outlined in the City of Bloomington Bicycle Facility Design Guidelines document. In addition, vehicles parked along the west side of Washington street routinely occupy some portion of this bike lane, reducing the width even further. It seems to me that this stretch of road would be better suited for sharrow markings instead of the very narrow bike line that currently exists.
I live at 1009 S. Lincoln St., and running in a perpendicular line to the street from our water access, at the house edge of the sidewalk, there's a big hole. It seems to go below the sidewalk a little. I'm not sure if I should just fill it in, or if it is indicative of a larger problem that should be addressed. I'd love a little guidance from the experts! Thanks!
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide.
