Our water hasn't been working since Sunday. The employee who came out then said the pipe was frozen from meter to main and that a crew would be out. A crew has not been out today and I am trying to find out when one will be and when we can expect to have water on again.
As of 6 pm this evening, there were 4 Lime Scooters illegally parked in the bus shelter near Pete Ellis and Longview. (Photo attached). I first noticed the scooters there about 8:30 AM this morning. Lime employees freelance "chargers" who sign up up through their app to charge the scooters overnight at home and then place them in the morning. These scooters were likely placed by a new and under-trained charger. I reported the issue to Lime through their support system about 9 am and received a form response just a few minutes later that someone was being dispatched to retrieve the scooters. However, Lime did not keep their word and by the end of the work day, the scooters are still there. This evening I see one had had been knocked over--- probably by someone just trying to use the bus shelter as intended. I recommend impounding these scooters. Lime should know better than to allow their team to place the scooters in bus shelters and should at least keep their word to address issues like this probably when they arise! I'm on the Bicycle Pedestrian Safety Commission and we will be discussing new scooters as a topic at our meeting next Monday.
Please, remove the tree debris at this location- 104 W. Pinewood Drive, Bloomington IN. The pile is near the road and the driveway. Do I need to submit the image?
There are two potholes that probably should be filled before it gets worse.
Tree branches, limbs, wood, debris stacked and placed by the road in the yard median.
2 trees fell in back yard. Cutting up with chainsaw and will carry all debris to the front curb for pick up.

Street light is going out at the intersection Allendale Dr and Winslow Road ( west side)very dark busy street
East light is still out at the three-way stop. They did repair the west one.
We had several large trees go down during the storm so any help with brush pick up the city can provide would be great. We planned to have some of it done ourselves, but there’s a lot so if the city could grab some of it that would be great. Thank you.
