Hi again, you know its me ;-) The graffiti is back on the overpass on Rogers just north of the Rogers and 11th St. intersection. Places that were cleaned up have graffiti painted over them. There is the word "ORDEAL" written on the west wall and various other fresh taggings that really mean nothing to me except they are ugly. This area of town is in an ascension period and this overpass will probably need to be watched carefully. I will help. You don't need to contact me when you have had time to touch it up. Storm drainage system on N Blair needs concrete repaired before winter. Ends if metal grating are exposed and may catch on snow plows

The railroad underpasses on College and Walnut, the one on College is just south of 14th street is full of graffiti again, not a good message to send to visitors and a downers for residents.

Safety issue/Excessive growth at 820 w. 2nd street, unable to see on coming traffic west bound... trying to pull out off Euclid on to 2nd street, sidewalk also has excessive growth

Graffiti on stone retaining wall close to intersection Grant and 12th. Writing is visible from Grant Street. Not sure if City is responsible for the retaining wall or the property owner.

Weeds have grown out of control. Have not been maintained since the house was moved out of. The door has been hanging wide open for a couple of weeks and we fear that it will start becoming a squatting location.
