This sidewalk at the southwest corner of 1st and High (about 30 yards west of High) has a cutout for a driveway but has for months years been a slippery mudpit/bumpy weed/dirt ditch. Please fill in the sidewalk so walking (and wheelchairs etc) can navigate the sidewalk safely (and avoid the 24/7 nuisance of dogs/pets hounding passersby across the street). The intersection of Patterson and 2nd street is horribly timed. The turning lane can maybe get 3-4 cars through it. The lanes that cross can maybe get 5-8. This especially bad in the mornings. There are several times that I have almost been hit by the turning lane as they are trying to rush the red light (due to the small # of cars that can get through). Also, there are several times that people in the turning lane on 2nd are running the light which puts the Patterson Drive people at a risk to get hit or not have enough time to get through the light.
Light for Rogers going north only turns green if the left arrow is tripped.
There is a person by CVS on North Walnut who is shining a light or something that causes a person to have severe vision problems momentarily. This has happened to me several times. I see something like stars for several minutes and then it goes away. I prefer not to give my name, but this is something I have experienced several times in this area while out walking. This is causing a major safety concern and is a severe disturbance. I believe there is a person doing this or a person is programming a piece of technology to do this. I've been the victim of several assaults in Bloomington besides this specific problem.
The light for traffic crossing Rt 45 and Leonard Springs Road needs to be lengthened. Many run the red light there to attempt to get across.

The street light between 1021 and 1019 W Briarcliff Dr seems to be going bad. It keep on flickering and doesn't work for a large portion of the night. It is close to the Bus stop and would be nice to have fixed.
