We have a deer in Bloomington IN who has damaged her right rear leg. It looks like she got into a car accident and has a road rash on her left hip. Her right rear leg dangles and we don't know if she has a broken hip too. She struggles to walk and is very thin and emaciated despite summer being her best time of year for food. She has three fawns that follow her or sometimes wander around without her. Is there anything that can be done with the mother and her fawns? We are concerned that she will die this winter as it seems very difficult for her to find food and get around. It is also very disturbing to see her walk around as she is obviously very hurt. Not a pothole, but I couldn't find a means of making this request. Utilities recently repaired a water leak on North Dunn Street just north of Tamarack Trail. The repair is worse than a nuisance; it is rather dangerous. The repair of new asphalt rises up to speed bump heights, bone jarring and quite hard on the vehicles passing over it. Motorists now are driving off the road on either side to avoid this obstacle. At speeds greater than 10 mph one's vehicle is in danger of damage. Would you please check this obstacle and take action to repair the repair? Many thanks.

Hello, my child is a student at Ivy Tech Bloomington and has classes in two Ivy Tech locations that are across the street from each other on Liberty Dr. The concern is that she (and many students who don't have cars) must cross Liberty Dr at very busy times during the day to reach her next class, changing buildings. Please ensure there is School signage and a stop sign on Liberty Drive across the 2 Ivy Tech buildings so that the pedestrians/students can safely cross Liberty Dr when attending classes. The addresses of the 2 buildings are 1907 Liberty Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403 and 2100 Liberty Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403. Thank you.

Trees and bushes on the corner of Bankers Drive and Rusgan make it difficult to see traffic approaching from the right.

Huge amount of graffiti on the back of the Stahl Furniture building. This size faces Washington street and is clearly visible in all of its criminal glory as you are driving south on Washington approaching 1st Street as it crosses S Washington. I know this is private property but can the city offer to correct this for Stahl or at least let Stahl know about it. It really makes the area look seedy and especially Stahl.
