Help with owner of mobile home refuses to supply form 7878 tax form to buyer ( me ). For purchase of mobile home. This is a class c mistomener for sale of form 7878 for research of liens, back taxes. That he is to supply and apply for. He is asking me for money exchange. Before title is gave to me. Then me to get tax form 7878 myself. Can you help ? Or direct me to who unforced this ? I know it's a 500 fine or 1 year jail to owner for not applying to buyer.

Construction is ridiculous. You have every street tore up and the traffic lights are not letting traffic get through properly! Why not do one street at a time. Enough is enough! And stop bringing more people in!

The bushes are overgrown and cover the sidewalk. It is hard to walk on the sidewalk without hitting ones head on the bushes.

There appears to be sewage coming up onto the street. It has been this way for about a week or so. It often smells bad when walking by and it looks like solid human waste as well as toilet paper is on the street.
There was construction done on this part of the street sometime in the past month. This morning I noticed new, what I think is sewage, on in this area, mixed with the old waste that has been there for a few weeks. The odor was strong again today.

On April 29, 2018 I was turning onto 3rd street off of Jackson where I struck a curb in the middle of the road. There is a street sign at the corner warning you of a speed hump but not that there is a huge curb holding dirt and literally in the road. It CUT my tire and damaged my rim. Not sure how or where to file this complaint, but hopeful the city will accept responsibility. I was told by 3 different residents at the time I hit it that less than 24 hours prior another lady had hit it also with damage. And that a city police officer 2 weeks ago had hit it as well. I work for a ride share company and am now out of commission until I can get this in for repairs.

I live at 4012 E. 10TH St. Next door to the Smith Road warehouses. I was checking my property for trash along the fence between the warehouses and our property. I found this crumpled pile of drug needles. I refuse to pick them up. Send a hazardous waste person here to remove them. This last Winter I found a plastic box of clothing and someone was sleeping in our woods. Between our property and the warehouses. They moved on as the weather changed. But drug use on my or near my property with needles is totally unacceptable.

The Water hydrant at 7th and Spring Street has been neglected for years. I asked the Utilities Department to fix it last year, but nothing has been done about it.
Can you get it painted before the election?

Everytime I try to use your embedded Google map and try to zoom or pan it zooms all the way out to a view of the whole globe.
