Graffiti on outside of the black bridge crossing west 3rd st. Visible on the west side of the bridge.
on Traffic light pole, also on a number of electric poles in this area along S. Rogers.
Large number of yard signs on and near the Renwick roundabout on Moores Pike are a hazard. Thanks.
The south end of South Dorchester Dr has crumbled pavement that needs repairing. Thanks.
Water valve cover popped off again - east bound lane Hillside at corner of S. Dorchester Dr. Cover in grass by HT paper box. Cover only lasted about 3 weeks since last replaced. Maybe they can use tar or different type cover to stay on.

light @ Conner of W 15th / N Jackson is out. That is a school bus stop and kids are standing the dark.
I am old enough to remember that the building on the southwest corner of the S Rogers and Country Club Road intersection used to be a real business and they kept their property clean and safe. Now the property appears abandoned and is a hazard to the people of Bloomington. The lot vegetation is out of control. The building should be designated condemned by the city. It is covered with graffiti and could become a place where a person on the B-line to the east could be abducted and assaulted under cover. What can be done about this horrific eyesore in the midst of all the re-development and revitalization in the area?
Huge amount of graffiti on the back of the Stahl Furniture building. This size faces Washington street and is clearly visible in all of its criminal glory as you are driving south on Washington approaching 1st Street as it crosses S Washington. I know this is private property but can the city offer to correct this for Stahl or at least let Stahl know about it. It really makes the area look seedy and especially Stahl.
