Potholes, Other Street Repair

Could your department please look into why Leonard Springs Rd always floods near the Van Buren Apartments. The ditches hold water and because the road dips in the same area the road is always flooded when it rains as well.
Thank you

Washington Street just south of Smith where there was construction last summer, the street still needs to be fixed. Last fall you said it was too cold for asphalt repair. It's been warm enough for a while now. It's especially bad in the bike lane.

Hi, I had a note from the sanitation crew that said my trash was too close too a vehicle (true) and had to be placed on the curb.
I live at 419 S Highland Ave. The trash and recycling cans were on the sidewalk, as they always are, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to put them closer to the street? Also, they are very close to a car because it's the only place they can be put other than the street or the driveway (which is shared) so I'm not sure what I should do.
Also, my yard waste wasn't picked up at all, so I'm in a bit of a quandary. I think very highly of the folks picking up the trash and recycling and want to do whatever I can to make it as easy as possible. I'm just not sure how to do that. Please advise.
Thanks very much,
Deborah

The alley behind my house which connects West 3rd St to Euclid Avenue has developed some major potholes as utility trucks have passed through. My neighbors and I (8 of us) all park behind our houses along this alley, and the deep holes are difficult to navigate.
It's a gravel alley which has been regraded before and I am wondering if it can be done again.
Thank you.

Re case # 164723 (Supposedly resoled)
Grass has been cut. Absolutely correct. But how about the E First sidewalk towards Rose? I do not see any improvement there. Low-hanging branches hitting me in the face and arms.
Also, another problem has arisen: corner of Eastside and E First: long vegetation is starting to impair the view to the left where cars may be coming out of nothing from E First.

The sidewalk has become overgrown. This makes it difficult for pedestrians and cyclists to pass. This is particularly dangerous in this spot due to its proximity to a blind corner.

I would like to file a complaint regarding whomever is picking up our trash and recycling at 422 S. Hawthorne Dr. For the past several months, the sanitation workers have become increasingly careless with throwing empty bins onto our curb, into the middle of our driveway, and even (today) in the middle of the street. While I recognize that the workers are busy, this is a health and safety hazard and we pay too much money in property taxes to receive this sort of inexcusable service. PLEASE ask sanitation workers who pick up trash and recycling on S. Hawthorne Dr. to do their jobs properly and not create more work, let alone health and safety hazards, for residents.
