Now that the snow is mostly gone, I hope that the leaf collection crews soon will be able to resume the work that was not finished before the winter started. I couldn't find a parking meter heading, so I chose parking permits. Please forwar to the appropriate department. On two separate occasions, I have put quarters in the parking meter totaling $1.50. Meters #76105 and #7621. On each occasion, the meter did not increase my paid time. I had to pay with a credit card which adds an additional fee and makes me pay at least $1. This is frustrating.
The map app was off by about a block in every direction, but my actual address is 1124 W. 6th Street and the issue I’m reporting pertains to the alley on the West side of my house. Over the last few months it has turned into a muddy bog in places, and contains 8” ruts making it nearly impossible for anyone without a truck to traverse. My neighbors to the West have been parking on the street for that past couple of months. Both the North and South ends need grating and gravel. I know your department is busy this time of year, but I thought I should go ahead and place a request as the alley is likely to continue to deteriorate. Thanks!
2222 South Curry Pike, North and South bound. Heavy trucks use this road and when they hit the potholes, it literally shakes my house and causes pictures to fall off the wall. Thank you.
There are several BIG pot holes that have gone unrepaired since early this year along Curry Pike (close to HWY45 and Leonard Springs) and Tapp Rd. (between HWY 37 and Leonard Springs). It has caused my vehicle luckily to only get a broken sway bar link. Will you guys get some city crew to fix them please?! Thank you!
The corner of Sheffield and Park Ridge Rd is getting pretty bad. Also where Overhill Dr. meets E Third St. has a deep hole.

leaves and debris scattered at corner of Brownridge Rd and Fieldcrest following last nights storm ( Feb 20th )
We had a massive overflow of the drainage ditch next to our house after tonight's (2/20) storm. There must be some blockage at the end of the drain because water poured out of the ditch and basically covered our half of our backyard. The ditch either needs to be dug deeper and/or it needs to be cleared of debris in order to assure adequate drainage. We have photos for visual evidence but were unable to upload them through this website. Thank you for your attention to the matter.
