Hello, There is an older black Honda Civic with a missing front bumper that appears to have been abandoned in this location, just to the north of the Reformed Presbyterian Church's parking lot entrance on Lincoln Street. It has been there since approximately September and looks like it has been stripped of anything valuable and left to decay, which is bad for the neighborhood. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

An Airbnb, located at 723 W Allen St., is claiming city property as private property. The land on the west end of the park located at 1126 S Fairview St., is being rented out as a parking lot and used to store vehicles, dog kennel etc.
Altercations have occurred when children and dog walkers attempt to access the area as the adjacent property owner claims that it is theirs because they maintain it (mowed the grass).
The neighborhood would like to see this green space no longer rented out and used for personal storage of one individual.

My friend, who uses a wheelchair for mobility, and I went to the Office Lounge on Saturday night. While the building is accessible the bathrooms are not. The door was not wide enough for him to enter and he has a small manual chair. A larger motorized wheelchair would not fit either. The manager apologized and offered to clear the women's bathroom, but he had already looked at the door and determined it was not wide enough either. Besides that, I don't think offering another genders bathroom would count as accessibility?
I know the OL has been around a long time and I assume there is some grandfathering of pre-accessibility guidelines, but at some point don't they have to come "up to code"? Is that only if they do renovations? How long can they remain un-accessible? I hope there is someone who can address this issue because we would like to be able to visit the OL again, but will not if he can't use the restroom while there.
Thank you for your help!

but there’s a large dead deer just east of 1906 S Hillside Drive, Bloomington, IN 47401, on the south side of the road, lying partially on the sidewalk.
It’s summer; I walk past there often to take the bus; it’ll be horrible very soon…

The North Washington Street bicycle lane from 12th to 10th street is significantly narrower than the 5 foot standard outlined in the City of Bloomington Bicycle Facility Design Guidelines document.
In addition, vehicles parked along the west side of Washington street routinely occupy some portion of this bike lane, reducing the width even further.
It seems to me that this stretch of road would be better suited for sharrow markings instead of the very narrow bike line that currently exists.
