If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Coming South on Meadowbrook from 3rd street, there is a lot of overgrown bushes and plantation causing hazard and predisposition to cause accidents.
There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it.
