Hi, There's a fair amount trash at the curb at 128 S. Clark that's been there for weeks. (The front of the house actually faces Fourth St., and that's where the trash is, on Fourth). I don't think any of it has trash stickers, so I can understand why it hasn't been picked up by the city. It's an eyesore, though, so I was wondering if the city can do anything to encourage the owner or renter to deal with it. Not sure if anyone is living in the house; it appeared to be under renovation last fall, and some of the trash looks like stuff left over from the work on the house. 620 south walnut street , the building main purpose is for drug trafficking , I`m not dead I own the building it should be sold . the homeless can go to the homeless camp in Detroit Michigan . these people are drunks and junkies . they need to leave the city of Bloomington .

I am part of the Executive Committee of the Eastside Neighborhood Association, and we have had several neighbors report difficulties with trash at 707 S. Clifton Ave. This week there is trash and recycling left by the curb, with the tenants evidently out of town. There is a house at 412 W Howe that has a front yard full of yard waste and a front porch full of junk. No one seems to care for this house and it an eyesore on the block. a neighbor

It is time to visit 501 Mitchell again. Lots of trash in the back yard, visible from the Hunter foot path. Several bags have been ripped open by varmint.

Various properties in neighborhood are not mowing their lawns and are past the 8 inch code limit

Possible unauthorized rental/leasing arrangement at 3620 W. Race St., Bloomington, IN 47403. This year I have noticed three short term , out of state, visitors at the described property that appear to be in a room rental agreement with the owner. Typical stay is about one month. Not sure if this an approved activity but worth making sure it's within compliance. We're not overly fond of not knowing who are short term neighbors are. The police have been contacted on two occasions for suspicious activity, possibly related to drugs.

501 Mitchell. there still is trash in the back yard, visible from the Hunter foot path. This is a health hazard and encourages vermin. Bags have been visibly ripped open by creatures. This was reported a couple of weeks ago already. Nothing seems to have changed since then.
