Older nissan maxima parked on the street, posted no parking on either street in our neighborhood, with no license plate for over 2 months. Please ticket/tow!

Car parked in the gravel area is parked illegally. We have had issues with people parking in this spot even though it is not a legal parking zone. I have spoken with parking enforcement before and they confirmed that this is indeed not a legal parking zone and they have ticketed before. Recently people have been parking there on a regular basis. This is the lot behind 728 E Atwater. Accessible off of S Park.

Swain is no parking on both sides of the street between 3rd street and Atwater. And it is marked with 'No Parking Any Time' signs in several spots. There is one spot that people always park. Sometimes even going the wrong way. This spot is next to the Ami restaurant parking lot. This is especially dangerous when delivery trucks are parked on the other side of Swain delivering to Mother Bears. I've attached a photo to show cars parking in this spot. There is a sign in front of these cars, and another behind them. Where they are parked is a curb that has the entrance to the Ami parking lot to the front of them and to the back of them. They think since there is no sign on this part of the curb that they can park there. I would like to see a sign posted in this part of the curb. Having s sign posted in this part of the curb would eliminate most if not all of this parking.

There's been an abandoned SUV in the south side Kroger parking lot for three weeks or so. It's a silver Chevy Uplander license plate 392RH. It's probably a county thing, but I couldn't figure out how to report it to the county.

I don't know whether this is the right place to report this violation. I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. There is a rusty copper colored old pickup truck license plate 551637 as well as an old maroon four door sedan license plate 74ORZ that have both been street parked on the southern half of S Washington between 2nd and 1st streets. Neither one has moved since the start of the school year when I moved in here and it seems like neither has moved in ages. If at all possible I wouldn't like to be connected to this tip because I know one of them belongs to my neighbor and I don't want him getting mad at me. Thanks!
