Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. The streetlight in front of my house (2102 S. Georgetown Rd.) was repaired last fall. Some work with the underground wiring was apparently required. The light was fixed, but the job seems never to have been quite finished: there's still a pile of dirt by the lightpost, surrounded by orange construction cones. It's been that way for at least three months now, I think. Can this be cleaned up?

The street light in our cul de sac is going out. It only stays on for a minute then shuts off. The light will go back on but shuts off again. This repeats through the night and has been going on for several weeks. I live at 2301 Pierson Ct. In the Stands addition and the light is the only one in our cul de sac.
