There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.
Coming South on Meadowbrook from 3rd street, there is a lot of overgrown bushes and plantation causing hazard and predisposition to cause accidents.

City ally I keep 2/3 mowed used to be 3/4 but overgrowth keeps on coming. Poison Ivy is also growing in the overgrowth. To my knowledge, no one has touched it this growing season. It’s out of control. It is also in the way of the service I pay to mow the city alley , my yard and the tree lot out front. I also have concerns about the growth on the side of the house that is entwined in the utility lines.

If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. This summer-vacated rental property has approx 70-80 bags of trash and old furniture left in yard and **piled up behind garage** along our property line #3051. Wild animals are foraging and dragging this smelly trash across our yard. Property manager Pendragon Properties refuses to respond to email or vmail complaints over last month. Can city please inspect and address? ok to enter and view from our yard/fenceline at 3051 s walnut st pike. This is a sanitation hazard and general delapidation may encourage crime. Thank you.
