The large sweet gum tree in the right of way in front of our home has a very hefty branch that is growing directly toward our house and is very close to the front of the house and hangs down into my front garden. During large winds, the branch sways widely and is a danger to the sidewalk and our home. Can you trim the branch? Thank you!
There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. Partially fallen tree in Olcott park is leaning over our property. Could fall in to our pool and pool filter if it falls. Right behind our house on Pierson ct.
I am sensitive to the needs of the unhoused and the city needs to be doing much more to protect them and provide them safe living spaces, but it is frustrating to me that I cannot walk my dog in any of the parks near me (Bryan park, switchyard) without feeling unsafe because of homeless people yelling at and following me. Bryan park used to be a safe park.

There are several spots along the Rail Trail (dirt/gravel section of the B-Line) where dirt has been dug up across the full width of the trail to build impromptu bike jumps. This has resulted is trip hazards and an uneven trail surface. I counted 2 spots where his had occurred during my visit yesterday. Can someone review and hopefully correct this please?
There is a tree down across the Renwick trail that runs from Moore's Pike to Sare Rd. It is closer to the Moore's Pike end of the trail.
The bike path along Sare Road south of the intersection with Olcott is rapidly deteriorating due to continuous water flow over the path that washes dirt, branches and rocks onto the path. Something needs to be done to divert this water away from the path. In the winter the water freezes, leaving the path coated with a sheet of ice. Very dangerous for bikes and pedestrians.
