Other: Similar to the previous case #193719, the new fiber optic cables that were installed have created speed humps along the Bline trail between Dodds and 1st. I've seen that this is to be repaired already, but I want to add another complaint point to ensure visibility. Additionally, south of the trail tree roots have begun to surface creating large bumps/uneven terrain closer to Dodds St. The roots were attempted to be repaired with crack sealer, but the bumps still exist.
