The parking lot in Bryan Park near the sand volleyball court along Henderson has a problem. On the north side of the main play structure in the play surface there is a decent sized hole. This hole is big enough that a child or adult could easily step in it and be injured. The hole is through a rubber type play surface covering the ground. I'd recommend repairing this if possible.

The wood mulch surface of the playground structure at Park Ridge park needs replenished. As a regular park goer, it appears to me that the wood has degraded and other wise been slowly moved away from the play area over time. Currently, there is bare ground in spots of high foot traffic and increased potential of erosion from those spots, plant growth, etc. Also, I am not aware of the mulch having been replenished since the park was remade. Given that that renovation was completed 3 years ago, it seems like it is just time to add some more mulch. If it would be helpful to have pictures or additional information, please feel free to contact me and request that.
Thank you for addressing this concern.
Sincerely,
John Metzcar

In reference to case #158545 regarding Park Ridge Park, we looked at the park and the mulch cover appears to be unchanged since the case was closed. There is still a general lack of mulch and several bare spots underneath the playground structure.
Also, the first mowing occurred, which is great. Unfortunately, it has revealed bare spots in the grass surrounding the playground, in particular along the north west side of the park. Leaves were piled in that area over winter (and several other areas) and the grass has not come back. Could grass seed/straw be put down in that sloped area northwest of the playground structure as well as other areas that need it?
Thank you.

I have a question about the women's league, Is there any rules about a woman that is in the middle of becoming a man still playing in a women's league since they are taking hormones is that a harm to the other woman playing since she would be able to hit the ball a lot harder and throw faster.

People have been camping in the shelter houses at 9th St. Park for several weeks, if not months. I've been reluctant to officially report it but over the last week it's become a bit more permanent. And also a bit unruly.

This is about the Lake-Monroe.com website. Please send Lake Monroe a copy of this as soon as possible.
When will they get off of using Outlook Express and/or Windows Messenger?
Who all owns day, overnight, summer, and residential camps other than the YMCA, 4H, Salvation Army, Camp Fire Girls, Boy and Girl Scouts, and Religious Organizations?
What is that summer camp that starts with W close to Hoosier National Forest?
What all do people camp in other than cabins, tents, yurts, trailers and motorhomes?
What all are on the basis of a pavilion other than a gazebo, awning, canopy, and veranda?
Do you both have info about adult summer camps?
What are all of the rules of and to using since?

The path surrounding the parking lot of the Winslow Sports Complex needs to be repaved.
It is worn to the nub, cracked and uneven. It is a hazard to elderly and infirm people (of whom I am one). I walk there every day, several times a day. There are many of us who do this. During baseball games, there are also many parents and grandparents who have to walk this path.
You are just waiting for a lawsuit if this goes unrepaired.
Thank you.

Hello, I'm interested in reserving a park shelter but the link to make an online reservation was not found. When do you think that will be updated? Thank you for your time.

Hi There, A chunk of shingles has blown off the bathroom building in Building and Trades Park. It can wait 'till tomorrow...not an emergency!
