East Kirkwood Avenue looks like a shanty town! Homeless are blocking the street, sleeping on the sidewalk, hanging clothes from fences and putting up tents!

Hello, there is a blue Dodge Durango that has been parked in front of 933 Buckingham Drive for at least 1-2 years. It now has a current license plate but it always has a flat tire. I believe it can only be parked there for 72 hours. Also, there are cars that park the wrong way on Piccadilly Street and are on the sidewalk.

Car blocking sidewalk every evening and weekends. Difficult for neighbors to walk, push strollers and with little kids on bikes. The house owner rents out rooms and has limited parking available. One car parks on the street which breaks HOA rules. They could all fit in the driveway and share keys if a car needs moved. The address is 4301 cricket knoll. The owner is Megan Utley. 805 Eddington Ct. in Sherwood Oaks - (1st street on right off Allendale Dr. when you pull in Sherwood Oaks off Walnut St. Pk.) The sidewalk is completely overgrown with trees and weeds, and you are forced to walk in the road.

Though this is not a sidewalk or curb issue, I saw no other category that would fit my complaint. Overhanging branches in the 1500 block of E University. They hang so low that I can't drive under them without hitting my radio aerial.

The sidewalk on both the front and side of the property at 1700 E Camby Lane (southeast corner of Camby and Durham) is obstructed by low hanging branches and outgrowing vegetation. The HOA for the neighborhood has been notified and hasn't acted to rectify this, other than to send a letter to property owners mentioning overgrowth among other general comments; this hasn't resulted in any action by the homeowner. It's not possible to walk along the sidewalk without walking into tree limbs and/or bushes, so pedestrians must walk in the street on both the front and side sidewalks.
