At llam this morning, as I crossed Atwater at Fess, I noticed that all of the street lights both east and west of Fess on Atwater were on. The weather had been sunny all day, so if there are light detectors on the street lights, they are not working. If they are timed, then the timers are not working.
Last week a crew removed a working street light at the corner of Daniel and Forrester Streets. Why did they do this and when will it be replaced? Pitch dark in this area now.

Good Evening, My name is Kelly and I work with kids in an after school program in Vermont. Recently I've been working with the kids on safety, I decided doing a fun project on ways they can be safe before and after school. I did a search on Google and found the nature preserve that has my last name. I lived in Indiana until 1997. Had never known there was a nature preserve in Indiana with my name. Can you tell me who the preserve is named after? It would be interesting to see if I can trace my anscestry to the person the nature preserve is named after.
