Crumbling sidewalk with loose gravel on left side of Autumn Drive between house number 2208 and 2218. Hazardous.. I have tripped and fallen twice as I walk my dogs. Second time I have reported this problem. I'm 74 and don't want to break a hip!!

uneven sidewalks in and around Peppergrass. Between 733 & 735 Pepperridge Dr. I fell today, passed out, injured my knee replacement, hands, hip, ribs. Happened to look back when a dog barked, stubbed my toe on 1/2 bump in sidewalk. Thanks

Hello, On our property at 3706 South Court, sits a very large Bradford Pear tree. The tree is close the curb next to the street and I was told by a landscaping company, it was probably most likely owned by the city of Bloomington. It has lifted our sidewalk significantly as well as part of our driveway. This is a liability issue because many children ride bikes, scooters,sevreal people walk their dogs etc around there and could easily not pay attention and trip and fall. Upended sidewalk on 2nd street, especially on south side of 2nd at corner of Ballantine, but also further west on 2nd. As elderly people, we find this absolutely treacherous! Sorry we can't send a photo; we have "dumb" phones. Thank you!

Hoping that the bushes that impede into the alleys can be trimmed back again now that summer is ending. The alley just east of Woodlawn Ave heading to south to Hunter is the worst offender, but the alley going east from Woodlawn to Faculty could use some trimming also. They all tend to scratch the car as we navigate through those alleys on a daily basis. Additionally, there are some bushes on the south end of the Subway building that block half of the sidewalk so that you can't see to pull out south on Woodlawn until the front of the car is already into the northbound lane, but more importantly, they block the view of pedestrians walking south until they are walking out into the alley and into the path of cars coming out of the alley onto Woodlawn. I've asked the manager inside Subway who said he cared for the landscaping and he said he'd talk to the building managers. I've also called the building managers and discussed the issue with them and nothing has improved.

There is a very uneven crack in the sidewalk in front of The Bishop just up from the corner of 4th and Walnut, sort of in front of the tree that was removed. Last night I was walking up the sidewalk and fell on all fours because of the crack. Luckily I didn't break my already repaired wrist to which I am still paying medical expenses and only escaped with a cut knee. When I sat down, a woman mentioned that while visiting The Bishop, she sits in their outside seating area and sees people trip over this crack countless times. Upon hearing that, I too remembered seeing a woman fall on all fours in the same spot. Clearly, this is a hazard that should be looked at and taken care of. Thank you.

Some landscaping work was recently done at this property, and the dump truck that delivered the rocks cracked the sidewalk, leaving it uneven.

I believe the underground roots of a city planted oak tree are destroying the sidewalk in front of my house, also causing large cracks in my driveway entrance....numerous people have tripped and fallen on this sidewalk, which has gotten worse this past year....this is a heavily traveled sidewalk on the way to RCA Community Park and has created an unsafe situation...Please contact me to see if this can be safely repaired...than you, Dave Reid 812-363-3049
