For many years, kids have had problems walking to Rogers/Binford Elementary School on the south side of the sidewalk on E 1st St, just before High Street. There is an unused driveway to an empty lot, which is a pool of mud in wet weather. Neighbors have pointed this out to the council before. Neighbors have also come up with their own solutions - putting down boards, etc. I heard a school parent yesterday saying he planned to fill it in with gravel or cement because he had not had a response from the council. Might it be possible for you to repair this gap in the sidewalk permanently? Thank you!

This sidewalk at the southwest corner of 1st and High (about 30 yards west of High) has a cutout for a driveway but has for months years been a slippery mudpit/bumpy weed/dirt ditch. Please fill in the sidewalk so walking (and wheelchairs etc) can navigate the sidewalk safely (and avoid the 24/7 nuisance of dogs/pets hounding passersby across the street). I'd like to request snow removal for the alley that extends east-west off of Rogers between 3rd and 4th streets. I live at 208 S Rogers and my landlord claims it is the city's responsibility to plow it. Thank you!

Leaves were never removed from Greenbriar, Mayfair, and Arden neighborhoods last fall. Snow fell on top making snow removal a mess. Potholes emerged making it even worse especially where Wilton and Greenbriar merge. Then last weekend - city crews were pumping what I presume to be leaves out of the storm sewer leaving a huge mess. The entry to our neighborhood now looks really bad. Crumbling roads covered with muck and piles of dead leaves. What does one need to do to bring attention to this? When will the leaves be removed and the roads be repaired and cleaned up?

The sidewalk in front of our house at 2205 E Arden Dr has a several foot long section that's cracked and sunken fairly significantly on one side. It may pose a hazard to someone not paying attention while walking.

Early morning on Monday 1/6/14 a city snow plow somehow got his blade extended past the curb at the front of my property and plowed up as much as 30 to 40 SF of sod from the area between the back of the curb and the sidewalk. I suppose legally this area is city ROW, but it will still need to be repaired come next spring. Thank you in advance for your help.

We have a sidewalk in front of our home that is a major tripping hazard. Tree roots have lifted the sidewalk almost 3 inches making a serious tripping hazard. I contacted the city about 18 months ago to request to be put on the 'fix list' with us paying for the concrete, but nothing has been done. Please can this be addressed soon. Thank you.

The sidewalk is covered by vegetation. It's extremely dangerous to ride bike since I have to get really close to the end of the sidewalk which was a steep drop off toward the incoming traffic.
