Hello, On West 4th St, about 10-15 feet West of Rogers St, there is an indentation in the roadway, like a trough, that spans from the south side of 4th St, north to halfway across the westbound lane. I believe it should be filled. Thanks!
sidewalk floods in front house when it rains. puddle is too deep to walk through. very inconvenient.
This sidewalk is so uneven that I cannot navigate it safely with my power chair. Even if we are going to the WonderLab, we usually cross to the south side of the street for this block and then back to the north side again to continue on our way.
The pavement which used to be a through street years ago and is now a city-maintained alley needs to have its potholes filled. The parking lot behind Dr. Linda Figen's office at 413 Howe is owned by Dr. Figen and that lot is adjacent to the southern extent of the alley. It is the alley portion which is city-maintained which needs the attention. Area residents have confirmed with the city that this alley is city maintained when repairs are needed. Several potholes are deep and pose a hazard to vehicles using the alley to access Dr. Figen's business or the parking area for her neighbor to the east.
This light turns red for the major thoroughfare (Patterson) almost every time I travel that road, despite the fact that there are NO cars coming from the other direction (Adams). I can't understand a light dedicated solely to a school and college apartments to the detriment of the main through traffic, especially when no one is sitting at the light. It needs to have road sensors, not be set to a timer.

West 3rd Street from S Rogers to Patterson is a narrow residential street. Lots of trucks use this street. W 3rd. St. is designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan which means “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. New sign needed. Also it might be effective to have a sign at Jackson and 3rd also. There is a street light that has been going off all night in front of a vacant home. I wasn't sure if you all would be able to disable it. It has been bothering individuals in the neighborhood and since there is no one living in the building we don't have another resource to contact.
305 S Euclid Avenue has a light that is always flashing. Very disorienting when walking after dark
