Street light out in the middle of the 300 block on the west side of Lincoln. It is an acorn light in the middle of the block just north of 7th street and the alley.

The Leaf Pickup Crew just knocked over my mailbox--and then drove off. 4 of them stood around the mailbox, looking at it, and then decided to lean it up against a tree. Then they moved on. There is a hole in the pavement at the intersection of Ruby and Covenanter, where there is a seam in the pavement. Very annoying when you turn onto Ruby from Covenanter.

The traffic lights on College Mall Rd between Moores Pike and 3rd St have changed recently. All of these lights are fully active (red, yello, green) before 6:00 AM now which is a change within the last 2 weeks or so. No-one is at the mall before 6:00 AM yet the light is fully functional. Additionally, the light at Covenanter has active left turn arrows in all directions even when no traffic is turning left. Again this is all before 6:00 AM I am on this road 4 of 5 week days and there is not nearly enough traffic to justify these lights before 6:00 AM Thanks, Jan

The pedestrian signal on the campus side of the corner of Fee/10th Does not seem to work correctly -- voice announces that pedestrian may cross even though light is not clear.

Previously, the City had come out to repair the damaged pavement on our residential street (Regents Circle). However, upon current inspection of the repaired area, it's clear that the asphalt used to "fix" the pavement is shifting/sliding. This has left even more exposed damage than originally was there. Our hope is that the City can come out and review what kind of action plan can be used to "repair the repair". Thank you in advance! - Rob Aney
