The Leaf Pickup Crew just knocked over my mailbox--and then drove off. 4 of them stood around the mailbox, looking at it, and then decided to lean it up against a tree. Then they moved on. Traffic light at College Mall Rd and Covenanter Drive is not cycling properly. The left turn loops or cameras are not working properly for traffic turning left from College Mall Rd onto Covenanter. The light is only allowing three to four cars to turn left for just six seconds. This causes southbound traffic on College Mall Rd to back up all the way to Burger King.
There is a hole in the pavement at the intersection of Ruby and Covenanter, where there is a seam in the pavement. Very annoying when you turn onto Ruby from Covenanter.

The intersection of W. Silverthorne St. and Conti in Woodgate Subdivision has continued to deteriorate.
The traffic lights on College Mall Rd between Moores Pike and 3rd St have changed recently. All of these lights are fully active (red, yello, green) before 6:00 AM now which is a change within the last 2 weeks or so. No-one is at the mall before 6:00 AM yet the light is fully functional. Additionally, the light at Covenanter has active left turn arrows in all directions even when no traffic is turning left. Again this is all before 6:00 AM I am on this road 4 of 5 week days and there is not nearly enough traffic to justify these lights before 6:00 AM Thanks, Jan

I'm with the IU Grounds Crew, I received a report that the light at 10th and Fee is completely out.
There is a Red pickup truck sitting at the South West side of the intersection at Grimes and Henderson. The truck has been there for some time. The truck is sitting so close to the intersection that a vehicle driving eastbound towards the intersection cannot very easily make a right hand turn. This is especially difficult when a school bus is in that situation. I am not sure you can do anything to have the vehicle moved; but if it moved back just about 10 or more feet, the issue would disappear. Thank you.
