Street light is not working at the corner of Adams Hill and Twin Oaks Ridge.

The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. There is a black poled, street light just north of 2722 S. Pinehurst Dr, that the mechanism within the light seems to be malfunctioning. It comes on, and then flips off, flutters, etc. No clear pattern but it doesn't seem to be staying on, like it was just a few days ago.
