I am trying to start service at this address and stop service at 613 s park square drive bloomington in 47403. But the website doesn't recognize 215 n johnson ave lot 225a bloomington in 47404.
Extremely high bill for water not used, no one is contacting me back about it
My water bill is charging us for over 33k gallons of water used last month which did not happen. We had maintenance check for leaks and they saw nothing so we believe there is an issue with the meter
We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. Whatever information you can provide me would be great thank you

My water meter shows that I may have a leak. I would like someone to come and see if it is between my house and the meter or the meter and the road.
Hello, My bill was paid but my water is still not working?
We've been charged an exorbitant amount in the water bill for December. The house was empty with no tenant for more than half the month with all the water supply turned off. It is impossible that the meter reading has come to such a high number! Even if the house was in use for the entire month still the consumption has never cost over 70-90 dollars. Please check into the readings and the bill as this is an atrocious for us students to pay!
A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July.
