TRG Management owns the trailer park that I live in. I have had no pipes bust or leak at all even during the cold weather. My pipes are also insulated with heat tape. I have never once paid for my water being over $60 last month it was $50 and the property manager Jenny Bowles will not show me any proof or graphs of usage of water only attaches what the meter read. I used the same amount of water as I did last month my kitchen sink is currently getting remodeled. So I haven’t used that either. I just don’t think something is right about this and I would like it to be resolved.

We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand.
