I gave a friend a ride home on Tuesday night around 9:00 pm. He lives in a small trailer park off of South Ransom Lane (831 S Ransom). It was very difficult to get to his home because his driveway was mostly blocked by another resident's belongings. This resident has his entire property covered with furniture and vehicles, including a van that has been flipped upside down. It is a huge mess! Would this be something the city could look into?
Sidewalk not cleared 24 hours after end of snow storm
Snow is never cleared at this address, why do I as a parent have to act like the police. Children walk to school. This house is a repeat offender, so this is one more thing to do as a parent? haven't seen any humans around this property for several days. At least one dog on property (there were two, but I have only seen one recently). Can access inside and outside, I believe, but I don't know if there is food or water. Dog's condition has deteriorated in recent couple weeks-dull coat in need of attention, ears and eyes not as alert as usual. Welfare check needed. Back yard is also extremely overgrown, untagged junk RV sitting in front driveway. Several problems are apparent. Property care has declined steadily over last 6 months. Thank you for checking on the dog and property.
The owner of the shopping center where Kroger is located. Is not clearing the sidewalks of snow & there is nothing but slippery ice as of last night on 1/13/2025. I assume that other property owners further East & West of the Kroger bus stop area for this shopping center, are neglecting sidewalks as well.
Sidewalk in front of Bloomingfoods not shoveled & left to ice over as of 1/13/25.
Sidewalks on the north side & west side of 5th 3rd bank left unshoveled & to ice over, forcing me to walk in street.
Property owner is not shoveling sidewalk to the south of bloomingfoods & 5th 3rd bank
Sidewalk east of target parking lot unshoveled & unsalted by college mall property owners, Simon Properties as of tonight of 1/14/25
