Over a month ago I reported the street signs missing at the SE corner of Stull Ave and First St. They are still missing and now the signs (and the sign post) at the NE corner of Stull Ave and Maxwell Lane are missing as well. Could you please look into this matter?
Road Construction sign has been run over or blown over...supporting pole is bent and sign is laying down/wedged in with light pole and parking sign on United Commerce Bank parking lot...on 3rd street between College and Walnut. Someone here tried to right the sign but the post is bent and could not be set right. Needs to be removed/reinstalled?
I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. I would like to thank Officer Barnes , and also let her superior know that officer Barnes is a great police officer. I am from Chicago, and was visiting my daughter in Bloomington, unfortunately I was lost, and didn't know how to get back to her apartment. I met Officer Barnes as I sat in the parking lot of shopping center that has office max, dollar store etc. my daughter was at work, and I was stuck. Officer Barnes told me she could assist me in getting to my daughters apartment which was on Rolling Ridge street. I was so impressed with her helpfulness that I had to share it with her Police department. My daughter rearranged her work schedule to come and get me.
My mother is elderly (86) and lives at 510 W. Dodds St. There used to be an ornamental tree in front of her house in the treeplot. It was removed a couple of years ago and now a tag has been put in the treeplot indicating it is for a tree to be planted. Could we PLEASE request a tree that doesn't have crabapples or berries? It is not possible for her to clean up the messes on the sidewalk and she has to pay someone to do it for her. I'm not sure if I got the right place. If not let me know and I'll direct my inquiry to the proper office. Thank you.

I have seen on multiple occasions in the past two weeks many small rats and large mice running about in the parking lot at the old post office building, across the street from the downtown church and bus stop. This problem should be addressed as soon as possible so that the rodents do not venture out and make homes for themselves down the street (where I live) and towards our beautiful downtown and 4th Street. Rodents are unsightly and, more importantly, a public health hazard, and I would hate to see them get out of hand. Thanks in advance for taking action on this issue.

Multiple times graffiti has been applied to this structure over the past year. Trash and debris has accumulated on this property site from trespassers, with a drive that is in decay. Please notify the property owner/(s) that he/she may want to not only clean the area but also drive post into the perimeter and block parking to prevent any unsightly mess trespassers leave behind.
For the last couple of weeks there has been an orange traffic barrel with a "Sidewalk Closed" sign on it sitting in the back yard of a student rental house next to our office. I assume it is a city barrel. Our office is at 914 E. Atwater, the first building east of the Subway. The house the barrel is behind is the next house east of us (blue siding, white trim). The easiest way to get to it is through the alley: go up Atwater past the Subway and turn right into the alley just past the grass lot. Turn left into the alley that runs parallel with Atwater. The barrel is in the grass between the parking lot behind our building and the parking area behind the rental house.
