Miller Pipeline, a subcontractor of Vectren, repaired a gas line on 1.11.17 and in the process destroyed the sidewalk and road. The items require repair.

A sidewalk was installed this fall. The road meeting the sidewalk was never patched and is in terrible condition all the way down the block, becoming worse with winter weather and parking. I live at 319 w. 15th st.

There has been a large dip in the concrete in this sidewalk for quite some time now. It is located right when you pull in off of Third Street into the alley between Baked Cookies and Sweet Claire's bakery. The sidewalk must have been unstable when it was poured and one section has sunk down about six inches, leaving a ledge between the two sections. Thanks for your attention to this concern.

There is a very large pothole in the alley that connects 2nd Street with Hunter. It is next to the sidewalk that runs parallel with and next 2nd st.

Large pothole in alley that runs parallel in between Fess and Henderson street, perpindicular between 1st and Maxwell. If you're coming in to the alley from 1st street, the pothole is on your left about 20 feet in. It is huge and now with the snow makes driving down this alley hazardous.

Large areas of potholes, some very deep, on Highland Avenue. The worst area is just north of Winslow Road, where the Winslow Trail merges with the sidewalk on Highland. Often filled with water so it is difficult to tell how deep they are when driving. Also, large areas of potholes are present on both sides of Rogers Road, toward the top of the hill at the entrance to The Stands neighborhood (up the east hill from the Winslow/High/Rogers Roundabout). Several potholes at the intersection of Smith Pike and Norway Drive, and the Hoosier Aloha Subdvision. East end of Norway where it joins Smith is awful. Might have something to do with the "sidewalk to nowhere" which just went up and their construction work. Sorry no picture at this time.

I noticed you are going to be doing sidewalk work in our neighborhood...The Stands..specifically the Ashwood area. There is a dangerous spot on the sidewalk right at the Stands Drive and Pierson court...north side of the street about 4 rectangles in from the corner. The block is elevated way off of the ground and is a dangerous hazard. Don't know if you can fit this in with the other work you are doing in this area. Thanks for your consideration. Also the sidewalk, in numerous places, on the west side of the Stands drive between Ashwood Drive and Ashwood Lane is crumbling.
