Hello, I contacted earlier this week because many people in the West Point neighborhood (Woodhill and S. Larkspur) did not shovel their abutting sidewalks. Well, again, 24 hours after this second snowfall many people have not shoveled. Now the snow is very high in this neighborhood. Please help get people to shovel here. Please complete the sidewalk along Larkspur in between Branch and Greentree. It's been the only uncompleted sidewalk in West Pointe for years.
My address is 1202 E. Wylie Street. The city repaired the sidewalk in front of our house in July 2010. Last fall it began spalling and breaking apart. There is now broken, small pieces of concrete in a section in front of our house. Would the city please send someone to look at it? Thank you.
Sidewalk is blocked from both sides - by a tree on the street side of the sidewalk and a bush on the other side.
Absentee owner of property to east of 1208 W. 8th St. seems to have abandoned yard again. Grass is over 2 feet tall, thick dirt from construction is all over the sidewalk, and my landlord and I have been cutting back the bushes/part of the lawn so that they don't completely block the sidewalk. I can barely get my son's stroller through and the mud is extremely slippery after a hard rain. Our yard also has a major chigger infestation from the owner only mowing his lawn two or three times a year in previous years so that I can't even take my toddler outside to play without us both suffering from dozens of bites. Please help!
I would like to report several trees along High Street with low-hanging branches that are partially blocking the sidewalk. These tree branches are hanging 3-5 feet above the sidewalk and making it very hard for anyone to walk or run without having to duck constantly. The tree branches are posing a hazard because pedestrians may need to step out into the street to navigate around them because they are partially obstructing the path. Is the city responsible for the trimming of tree branches above sidewalks? The issue has been worsening since last year.

This property has trees/shrubbery taking over up to 75% of the sidewalk. Yesterday I watched an elderly woman try to navigate past it and it was very difficult for her.
