Olcott Park trail is snow plowed regularly. The paved connector path on the from the east side of the Olcott Park trail loop down to S. Mill Stone Way is not being plowed and causing a safety hazard. Multiple people have fallen when the snow melts and refreezes. This is only another 100 feet of trail and would only take an additional minute or two to plow. Also, the paved connector path between Olcott Park loop trail and the Jackson Creek Middle School parking lot never gets plowed either. No way for kids in the neighborhood to get to the trail safely from the school parking lot. Could the snow plow operator please take an additional few minutes to clear these two small sections that connect to the Olcott Park loop trail! Thank you!

The sidewalks along North Walnut street north of 10th street heading under the train tracks are covered in snow and ice, and have probably not been cleared since the first snow a couple weeks ago. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic through here, and having these walks cleared would be nice. The west side sidewalk under the tracks hasn't been cleared at all, and on the east side parts of the walk are cleared, but a large mound of snow was deposited in the middle of the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians into Walnut street to get around.

Car blocking sidewalk every evening and weekends. Difficult for neighbors to walk, push strollers and with little kids on bikes. The house owner rents out rooms and has limited parking available. One car parks on the street which breaks HOA rules. They could all fit in the driveway and share keys if a car needs moved. The address is 4301 cricket knoll. The owner is Megan Utley. It IS IMPOSSIBLE to see oncoming traffic if I stop before the crosswalk on 9th and College. This is because the "German American Bank" building was built right up against the sidewalk (who allowed such an idiotic design???) Perhaps one of those big convex mirrors could be installed on the NE corner of Smallwood so that drivers could see what they are about to enter. Or at least move the marking on the street where cars are supposed to stop.

Sidewalk in front of Elks property on N. Walnut has deteriorated in a dangerous manner (especially in front of Elks Parking lot). This has been going on for 2 years and there is almost no solid concrete left in 2 sidewalk squares. However, large chunks remain loose and are a serious tripping hazard.

Several potholes at the intersection of Smith Pike and Norway Drive, and the Hoosier Aloha Subdvision. East end of Norway where it joins Smith is awful. Might have something to do with the "sidewalk to nowhere" which just went up and their construction work. Sorry no picture at this time.

The sidewalk along the west side of Walnut street between the train tracks and the CVS is in bad shape. There are some large pieces of concrete that have come loose and have created several large tripping hazards.

With the snow that we had, the city plow trucks plowed in front of our house. While they plowed, they damaged a wooden retainer wall that was in front of our house. I have included images of the damage done. A lot of the wood pieces were strewn in our front yard, and I collected them and placed them in front of our retaining wall by the street. This is the first time so much damage has been done. We have lived in our house 3 years, and even despite the massive snow amounts we had last winter...the snow plows never damaged our property like they did this year. I have included pictures of the damage done.
