Large poison ivy is growing at the entrance to the rails to trails path. Specifically, it is on the fence on the East side/corner of the parking lot, along the sidewalk - growing out, towards the sidewalk. I know what it is (and to avoid it), but not everyone would. Could it be sprayed to kill it? (One time when I think the weed is worse than the poison needed to remove it!) Thank you.
Many neighbors and I use the sidewalk on the east side of S. Henderson St., opposite BHS sports fields, between Wylie Farm and Graham Roads, but I am writing to report that the trees and other growth next to it have become a nuisance and need culling/trimming back. For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. My next door neighbors at 2100 W 106th St have a bush in the grass area between side walk & street that grows high & wide & blocks the view from driveway to see the traffic on 106th St. It's a busy street & difficult to pull out & back out as is, but with the neighbors bush it makes it even more difficult. It blinds the view and we are concerned of getting in an accident because of it. For last few years it's grown taller & wider & we even talked to the neighbors about it about 1 1/2 yrs ago, but they didn't seem to think it was an issue & did nothing about it. I don't want to be a disgruntled neighbor, but also do not want to get in a car accident from the blinding view, trying to leave my driveway. It is very frustrating. I would like to know what the rules are for planting trees, bushes or plants on the section of grass between the sidewalk & street is & if the neighbors could be requested to remove or trim down the bush.

Though this is not a sidewalk or curb issue, I saw no other category that would fit my complaint. Overhanging branches in the 1500 block of E University. They hang so low that I can't drive under them without hitting my radio aerial.
Two white males were observed using chalk to write ideological/hate graffiti on the sidewalk in from of Merrill Hall on the IU campus at around noon on Saturday July 13, 2013. The messages included obscene language and were directed at feminists, modernists, and homosexuals. Each message ended withe the URL TRADYOUTH.ORG. I was seated nearby as the vandalism took place and took two photographs as they were writing, but I can't upload the photos using this mobile site. After they left my husband and I used water to obliterate the obscene portions of the messages. Is someone can send me an email address I will forward rhe photos.
Overgrown Hunter foot path sidewalk. This path is between Eastside Drive and Mitchell. Also, there is an abundant growth of weeds in and near the ditch next to this foot path. City's responsibility or adjacent home owner's?

"new 7th street extension" Hello, I am a cycling commuter. I go from the east side to the west side of town and use 7th street and the new tunnel under bypass. The new 7th street connection to this tunnel has an extra high "lip" on the sidewalk/driveway entrance to this tunnel. If you could shave it down to create a more gentle slope for skinny bike tires it would make the ride from the road into the tunnel (going east) much safer. thank you.
