For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Many neighbors and I use the sidewalk on the east side of S. Henderson St., opposite BHS sports fields, between Wylie Farm and Graham Roads, but I am writing to report that the trees and other growth next to it have become a nuisance and need culling/trimming back. Large poison ivy is growing at the entrance to the rails to trails path. Specifically, it is on the fence on the East side/corner of the parking lot, along the sidewalk - growing out, towards the sidewalk. I know what it is (and to avoid it), but not everyone would. Could it be sprayed to kill it? (One time when I think the weed is worse than the poison needed to remove it!) Thank you.
There is a very large pothole in the alley that connects 2nd Street with Hunter. It is next to the sidewalk that runs parallel with and next 2nd st.

The sidewalk by Mr Hibachi on East Third street is obstructed by a large bush. Pedestrians have to walk in the street where the cars leaving Mr. Hibachi can't see the pedestrian. It is dangerous for the pedestrian.
Hello. There is a battered, fallen-over road construction sign on the sidewalk on the north side of Third Street between College Avenue and Walnut Street. I believe this is leftover from the College Avenue road upgrade project that was recently completed south of Third Street. Can this sign be removed please? In its present condition it
The street sidewalk bordering the tennis courts in Southeast Park becomes miry after it rains, forcing us to detour to avoid very muddy feet and paws when we walk our dogs. The sidewalk appears to have sunk. It needs to be cleaned and some sort of barrier installed to check the erosion that is responsible for covering the walk, perhaps just a wooden barrier. If someone could look into rectifying this, it would be much appreciated.
This photo was taken this evening, between rainstorms, from the Stull Street parking lot, looking at the North shelter. I saw one car drive from Stull Street into the park and turn right up the sidewalk. Good luck!
