Nothing major has happened yet, but there is a very large pitbull being kept at this house that has aggressive tendencies towards other dogs. Several times, it has gotten away from or pulled down its owners. In one of these incidents, the owner managed to tackle the dog before it reached our neighbor's dog. I am a neighbor and am very concerned. All of the surrounding neighbors we talk to have independently expressed concern and have warned us about the dog. We have a dog and a new baby. I do not trust this animal, and I do not trust the owners' abilities to keep positive control of it.

Something is wrong with the office of the mayor's phone line. It makes loud dial up noises in your ear when you call it. I've used multiple phones across multiple weeks, and I can't get a hold of them. It is very frustrating. When trying to make a left turn from North Dunn onto Old 37 it is difficult to see westbound oncoming traffic on Old 37 due to tall vegitation. I had to pull out almost into the Old 37 and still could not be sure the road was clear. This, plus the speed of on-coming traffic eastbound on Old 37 makes this a dangerous spot.

My whole bedroom is lit up from the nuisance light next-door that is in violation of the City of Bloomington code, yet there is no enforcement. There is light trespass as well as glare from the unshielded light which has a totally exposed element. Please enforce with all owners of this property.

Ureport #203425 erroneously closed by Mike Arnold with message “Not valid. Saw Virginia creeper but no poison ivy”. It is the tree on East side of Fairview, adjacent to intersection with Howe, next to 620 Fairview. This time I provided a photo of poison ivy. There is also Virginia creeper, but there is much more poison ivy. Leaves are as large as adult hand, in groups of three, lacks the fine serrations of Virginia creeper leaves, and notice small green fruits. Also I had a skin reaction when I first walked into it haha. Please reach out to me if needed and I can point out the poison ivy. I just don’t want anyone else to get urushiol on their face.

The yard on the corner of N. Stoneycrest Road and Winding Way is a jungle. I have not seen anyone come out of that house for years. Grass is high and weeds and trees have taken over. It is a terrible eyesore for our neighborhood. I can't see the address because it isn't listed on the mailbox, but you can't miss it. The one next to it on Stoneycrest has grass over eight inches high as well.
