Residents at 814 S. Eastside Drive routinely park on their lawn to fit 4 to 5 vehicles in the driveway. There are 2 cars parked on the lawn.

Tree debris from the 6/25 storm is cut and piled in the the front yard. I still have more to cut and add to it from my backyard where a huge limb fell. Will we know in advance when items will be picked up? And if not can we request a second pick-up once I am able to get the rest of the limbs from my backyard cut into manageable pieces. The streetlight at the corner of S Anita St and 1st St frequently turns on and off during nighttime hours, rendering the street very dark.

Student roommates at 707 S Clifton repeatedly do not put their trash out - and when they do, after multiple weeks, it is not in keeping with the city's rules: overflowing cans spilling out, other containers not acceptable for pickup (are there even trash stickers affixed to the cans?). This is our second complaint. We have spoken with two of the tenants now, one of whom said he'd "get to it in a couple of days" and one of whom blamed his roommates for not taking care of the problem (he's on our side; he keeps telling them....). Attached are pictures from today, Easter Sunday April 16. This trash has been sitting for weeks, not put out for pickup. Perhaps it will be dealt with, for tomorrow morning. But I'm not holding my breath.
