Hi, I'm wondering what I need to know about putting a shed in our backyard. How big can it be / where we can put it, etc. My address is actually 1122 E 1st St, not 1123. Thank you.

Main streetlight often doesn't work, leaving the whole street dark. I feel unsafe walking home some nights, and when it is out, particularly so.
Water is not coming in from the main. Suspect frozen pipe leading to house.
Reported to Mike Carter via email 1/11/18. Reporting to uReport as well. FYI. With the new snow, it’s a lot easier to see where the leak is at. I hope you had a nice long weekend… Best, Rick On Jan 11, 2018, at 2:27 PM, Rick Birch Dietz wrote: Mike, here’s the scoop on the leak we discussed. Thanks! I live at 1500 E Maxwell Ln. I’m at the SE corner of Maxwell and Sheridan. There appears to be water pooling on east side of Sheridan near the western entrance to my driveway. I noticed ice here a few times last winter but thought it was just frozen road runoff and it wasn’t super cold last year so ice build-up wasn’t significant. But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this. Crows roosted October 23-February 16. We are still experiencing flyovers of large flocks
potholes all along Highland, but really large at entrance to alley between 701 & 725 thanks, Annette
There is a pothole that continues to grow on Sheridan just to the right of the line diving the driving lane from the pedestrian/bike lane. The pothole is not located in the pedestrian/bike lane, but it is quite close, and has the potential for a cyclist to run into it when passing others in the lane. The pothole is just east of a green bench on Sheridan.
garbage bags scattered across sidewalk and abandoned furniture. it's been there a week.
On the trail through the middle of Bryan Park, just east of the boardwalk, there is a low hanging branch. It's even lower when it's wet. It's too low to safely bike under it and even someone who is not tall has to duck to walk under it. It should be taken down.
Washington Street just south of Smith where there was construction last summer, the street still needs to be fixed. Last fall you said it was too cold for asphalt repair. It's been warm enough for a while now. It's especially bad in the bike lane.
