The lawn has not been mowed since 2024, resulting in grass that is over 14 inches tall. The house is located right next to the Park Ridge East community park, and local children have expressed fears about playing there due to the "scary house." This property is a rental unit, and the front gutter is almost entirely hanging from the roofline into the yard, giving it an abandoned appearance. The neighborhood has attempted to assist, but the house remains in poor condition. Other residents are currently trying to sell their properties or have attempted to do so without success. Potential buyers admit to looking elsewhere because this house, prominently located on the corner, is in full view of the park. Can someone please help? After a lift station replacement there are potholes left from the work. The gravel in them is being washed away do to the rains. Please patch the hole. Thank you for all your hard work.
Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers)

The drain is covered with down limbs from the storm and asphalt that was brought in by the rainwater. Also. It needs to be further cleared and taken away. If you just dump it up on the curb it will kill all the grass and in the next storm it will fill up the drain again. So please remove this debris! This is a chronic flooding area and the main storm sewer outlet for this part of Park ridge East

Sidewalk ends at my property (4151) and west to Smith road. Unsafe for pedestrians to be in the "walking" or "bike path" on this road. Unsafe for drivers.
Suggest you put sidewalk in on my side, and return the road lanes out here to 4 instead of 2. There are too many wrecks coming in right over this hill because of traffic coming east off 46 into town and over this hill and it is always backed up from light at smith road.
