Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
There are still a 4 or more lights out on the opposite side of 5th street across from Rose Hill cemetery. In addition after you make the turn to do south at the nearby intersection, there are at least 2 or 3 lights that have "dimmed" (I don't know what this means but I assume they are defective) that are on the right side of the road in near to Hinkle's Hamburgers. Let's get Duke on this, we pay them to do it.
Can you add 5 or 10 more seconds to the left turn arrow for Northbound on Walnut left turn onto Grimes? Traffic is backing up to Hillside at all times of the day because of the Country Club closure. 15 seconds is not enough time.

Two lights out in front of IU Health Bloomington Hospital shuttle parking lot. I reported these months ago.
Almost every street light is out along Patterson from Rogers to Allen

No issue, just a suggestion. Please consider public restrooms and water bottle filling stations in the downtown area and along Kirkwood and/or 4th street. With so many street fairs, outdoor festivals, etc. It seems ridiculous that a thriving city such as what Bloomington is would not have these amenities for it's populous. I figure if Nashville, Indiana can have public restrooms, why don't we?
