1) this page (http://bloomington.in.gov/webmaster) is badly formatted for Firefox, resulting in a narrow area (about 1/3 the available width) for the entire page with a scroll bar at the bottom. I have to keep sliding left & right to see what I have just typed & have to slide right to get to the slide bar at the right side of this box. There is also a slide bar at the right of the whole "Reports" section, which should not be needed.
2) the link on the page
http://bloomington.in.gov/sections/viewSection.php?section_id=26
for "Street Signals, Signs, and Lights" sends you to http://bloomington.in.gov/traffic, which is a null result of a search - "We were unable to locate the webpage you requested."

I am not sure how the crime map works? I selected it and the left hand menu shows Bloomington, IN. HOwever, it remains on a US map and displays a modal pop-up that says "Please check the address for accuracy and try again." I was using Chrome.

The traffic signal on Walnut from 2nd street to 17th have lost sync, causing multiple stops along the route.
Also, the loss of the overhead streetlights between 10th and 14th street on Walnut is disappointing. The doorway lights on the construction on the east side of the street serve to blind drivers more than it illuminates the area for safety.

We frequently walk the loop trail at Winslow park and it is becoming way too overgrown around the forested area on the East side of the park. The weeds grow over the trail at least a foot on each side of the trail, making the path single lane and very obstructed. Not to mention with the recent incident that happened at this park, it would be much safer to not have so much overgrowth around this area of the trail. I understand the environmentally friendly effort of letting some of it grow naturally like it is done at the Jackson Creek / Goat Farm trail, but at that trail there is still a buffer where it is mowed directly along the trail so it doesn't grow over the actual paved area. Please mow/cut this area off the trail so the full paved area can be safely walked upon. Thanks
