The crosswalk light is automatically coming on, even if there are no pedestrians, causing traffic backups for people trying to turn west onto 45/46 that are facing north on Kinser Pike.
The northbound side of N Kinser Pike at the intersection with SR 45 could desperately use a dedicated right turn lane, as traffic often backs through multiple traffic light cycles. I already reached out to INDOT and they said that they don't have any funded projects on their end. BUT they would be willing to work with the city if we wanted to take the initiative.
