It smells very strongly of sewage coming from Cascades Creek at 210 E. Gilbert. We are in the process of purchasing this house and property, and we really don't want to smell it every day! I just tried to file an incident report online, but don't think it went through. I kept getting rerouted to a page that was not relevant. For credit card fraud, two instances, about $200 total. Should I call instead?
This car has been parked and not moved in several days. It is in a residential permitted location and does not have a permit that I can see. It is blocking access to uber pickups for the elderly neighbor that lives at 713 W 7th.

roadkill squirrel in the middle of 6th Street
about a 10" inch wide hole that's over a foot deep right in the middle of 17th street. I phoned this into 911 10/20/2024, but nothing has been done.
On the Saturday a couple weeks ago on the day of the Michigan football game, they open the road back up after shaving down the asphalt and left the 6 inch steel plumbing fixture of some type sticking up in the middle of the center lane. It broke off by the time I came back around to take a photograph, but I took a picture of the hole where it broke off at and a picture of it. I can’t believe I let this sticking that high out of the ground. it destroyed my tire bit my strut and caused some damage to my car, which was completely unacceptable. There’s no way to see it with the car in front of me until I hit it and I was careful around all these areas but they left two and 3 inch lifted up, plumbing all over the area not to mention multiple inch edges where they cut down. There’s no way a car can handle any of these situations especially not the 6 inch steel shown in the picture. Who do I talk to you about getting my car fixed? This was complete negligence not to mention extremely unsafe thank you.
