YIELD sign on Adams as you are going north on Adams and preparing to turn east on Kirkwood is facing AWAY from the street. It is facing the cemetery and there is no cemetery exit at that location. This sign should be turned so it faces the oncoming traffic-- vehicles going north on Adams and turning right on Kirkwood.

Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
