Neighbors refused to cut bamboo and trees overtaking alley behind our house or on Fairview street.

Over growth ALL over her property including along Fairview street but more important is ,Cars can not get down the alley behind her house .My mom lives back there and recently a ambulance could not get back there because of bamboo that homeowner refuses to trim back.

The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. 700 washington, excessive growth

House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.

Blood running out of uncollected garbage bags at 703 North Washington Street and pooling on the sidewalk! There are flies swarming around this mess.

At the intersection of W. 9th Street and N. Maple (NOT "709" as your locator insists) is a long crevice in the roadway, getting deeper by the day. It lies along the south side of the intersection. Many cars no longer stop at the stop sign; they just "run" over this trench so they won't get stuck. Although the area is not exactly a high-traffic one, it gets many children, families, pedestrians—and this trench is a dangerous situation.

There are 2 ripped up trash bags lying on the sidewalk at 710 N Lincoln. Trash is spilling out on the sidewalk.
