cannot see address but located around 210 s. Hillsdale. They dumped a year ago truckloads of dirt in the front and have done nothing with it the yard is often overgrown. This looks bad for the neighborhood and is obvious not being cared for. Can nothing be done to make them restore this to a house that fits into the neighborhood. I am sure you cannot dump weed and tree trunks filled dirt in the front yard and do nothing about it. Please get on this because it affects our property values. You cannot miss the dirt in the front yard

The sidewalk along Winslow Rd all along the Bentley Court neighborhood is overgrown and the stairs to access Roger’s Park are nearly impassable due to weeds. This is particularly a nuisance as the road to access the park is closed this summer so the sidewalk is the only option. I realize the stairs aren’t very accessible in general but it’s all we’ve got!

Small sinkhole roughly 1 foot in diameter has appeared in the drainage ditch area in front of our main production facility. The hole is knee deep but appears to have very soft ground inside. The hole is very close to a fire hydrant, so we aren't sure if its a result of storm drainage/runoff, or if there might be a leak somewhere. We're hoping the City of Bloomington can come out to take a look and advise of next steps.

At dusk, on Tuesday June 17, a new floodlight was turned on near the corner of Woodlawn and Maxwell, at the Bryan Park tennis courts. This flood light points directly at the back of 916 E Maxwell and my home 912 E Maxwell. This light is comically bright and blindly. I support all efforts to maximize the safety of my community members using the tennis courts, the walking path and the parking lot on Woodlawn, but this floodlight is too bright for our neighborhood and pointed in the wrong direction. This light was on past midnight. I am asking that this light is pointed in another direction (towards the parking lot perhaps?) I have included two photos from the standpoint of my back door to my yard, where I can see nothing but the blinding light, and a photo of the back of the house, showing how bright it shines on the south facing side of the house. My neighbors at 916 have their entire south facing side of their house lit up by the blinding light.

I live in Northwood Estates and travel daily on Kinser Pike from the bypass just to get home. After living here for 22 years, the amount of traffic has increased tremendously, especially BIG trucks. For the past 2 weeks, barrels, tape, etc have been placed there, restricting northbound turning in the left lane separately. What are the specific plans for the development and completion of this project? PLEASE complete this project before school resumes at Arlington and Bloomington High School North because in 1 afternoon I counted 28 buses going Southbound to the bypass. I recently bought a house on W Middle Ct, and there is a large dip in the road right in front of my driveway, so that most sedans would scrape their car coming in and out of the driveway. The problem is that the road dips dramatically in front of the driveway (not that the end of the driveway is at the wrong level). Other houses in the neighborhood seem to have had a similar issue and filled in the gap with cement (I’m not sure if they did it themselves or if the city did it). Is this something you guys can fix? Legally can I pour cement there myself since it’s a public road?

The sidewalk between 1703 and 1711 E Winslow Rd is overgrown with vegetation such that more than 50% of the walkway is blocked at some parts. 5 minutes with a weed whacker should do the trick. Thank you.
